Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the uo8 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published on this website.

uo8 reserves the right to amend, change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes made.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the uo8 platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the uo8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gambling activity;

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the uo8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and uo8 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances and winnings held in those accounts.

For verification purposes, uo8 reserves the right to request valid identification documents such as a MyKad or passport, proof of current address and supporting financial documents. This process is carried out as part of the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure.

Users are fully responsible for any taxes, duties or charges related to winnings earned through the uo8 platform. uo8 is not liable for any tax obligations on the part of the user.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

uo8 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered users from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is published.

The uo8 welcome bonus is as follows: your first deposit is eligible for a 200% bonus up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

uo8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or end any promotion at any time. Any misuse of promotions, including attempts to gain an advantage through unfair methods or fraud, may result in cancellation of the bonus and account closure.

Bonuses awarded may not be transferred to another user and may only be used by the account holder who received them. Bonuses may not be converted directly to cash without first meeting the specified wagering requirements.

User Conduct and Prohibited Actions

All uo8 platform users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible and fair manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;

• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Account Security and Passwords

Account Suspension and Closure

uo8 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any user account at any time if:

• The user breaches any term in this document;
• There is activity suspected to be fraud or money laundering;
• The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated period;
• The account has been inactive beyond the period set by uo8's internal policy;
• There is a legal or regulatory compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Users may also voluntarily close their uo8 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closure is subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and the fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The uo8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uo8 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability of the platform or its content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which uo8 operates its licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through goodwill negotiation between the user and uo8.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was first raised, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.

Users agree that any claim against uo8 must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective claim.
